I have found one of my stories! Thanks for creating this site and providing the kind of easy-to-understand help in bite sizes. You have helped me see how to begin. Thank you!

Hi Val,
Thanks for the help from this article. I'm working on my speech for Wednesday. It has a story within a story, and I was having trouble wrapping up the outer story at the end, after the climax of the inner story.
Your points about the conclusion have helped me with the structure, keeping it brief and powerful without detracting from the climax.
Your site is full of amazing stuff and available whenever we need it. This is mass mentoring, indeed!
See you for some "Spooky Stuff" on Wednesday,
~Glenna

You know, I have to tell you, I really enjoy this blog and the insight from everyone who participates. I find it to be refreshing and very informative. I wish there were more blogs like it. Anyway, I felt it was about time I posted, I’ve spent most of my time here just lurking and reading, but today for some reason I just felt compelled to say this.

ref: Choose your words

I love this story. It's enjoyable to read, easy to understand. It's entertaining as well as efficient to bring your points through.

They must be fit when choosing the words for stories. Just like the stones to buildings. I get the picture clearly!

Thanks,

This is a technique that I have just begun to use and it works. Hopefully, many speakers will learn this little trick because of your post.
